HB 1847    RELATING TO CORRECTIONS                   PSM/HSH, FIN
        Provides for female parity in corrections.

PSM MEASURES:
HB 384     RELATING TO PRISONS                           PSM, FIN
        Authorizes the issuance of general obligation bonds
        and appropriates funds for capital improvements to
        construct correctional facilities.  Appropriates funds
        for operational purposes.

HB 1955    RELATING TO THE CORRECTIONS POPULATION MANAGEMENT
        COMMISSION                                    PSM, FIN
        Expands the membership of the Corrections Population
        Management Commission.

HB 2080    RELATING TO TAX CREDITS                       PSM, FIN
        Provides an exemption to military personnel who do not
        file a joint return to qualify for the household and
        dependent care tax credit.


 
HB 2103    RELATING TO STATE VETERANS CEMETERY           PSM, FIN
        Provides Filipino-American veterans and their
        dependents for the interment at the state veterans
        cemetery on Oahu.

HB 2132    RELATING TO CYBER TERRORISM                   PSM, JHA
        Establishes the offenses of cyber terrorism of law
        enforcement officer and cyber terrorism.

HB 2133    RELATING TO RESIDENTIAL DETENTION OF PREARRAIGNMENT
        DETAINEES                                     PSM, FIN
        Repeals requirement that counties provide residential
        detention for prearraignment detainees.
